Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential management consulting organization in Germany, and we're looking for an experienced Recruiter to own the full recruitment cycle for a growing team of consultants, psychologists, and digital specialists.

In this role, you will:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior consultant roles, back-office positions, and product development teams
• Conduct active sourcing by reaching out to candidates directly, crafting compelling job descriptions, and building a robust talent pipeline
• Manage the complete applicant journey through your ATS—screening applications, coordinating interviews, and ensuring every candidate receives timely communication
• Conduct initial interviews and collaborate with hiring managers (senior leadership for consulting roles, department heads for support functions) to design and run selection processes
• Maintain talent pools, manage university partnerships, and strengthen employer branding on LinkedIn
• Leverage AI tools for sourcing, screening, and candidate communication to optimize efficiency
• Support new hires through their onboarding journey

What We're Looking For

• Several years of recruiting experience, with a proven track record hiring experienced consultants and business support professionals—ideally also sales or technical product roles
• Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems (JOIN or comparable platforms)
• Strong self-organization skills: you work independently, prioritize effectively, and follow through on commitments
• Excellent written and verbal communication in German; good English skills are welcomed
• Sound judgment and the confidence to share your assessments—we need a strategic recruiting partner, not just an administrator
• Interest in testing new AI-driven recruitment tools

Work arrangement: Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week with flexibility to adjust. Remote work is fully supported; optional office access in Greven (near Münster) with future expansion planned in Köln. Standard employment contract.
