Talent Acquisition – 6 months Internship (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential aerospace organization seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern for a 6-month engagement based in Parsdorf, Bavaria. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on recruiting experience while supporting the growth of an innovative technical team.

As part of our client's talent attraction team, you'll be involved in the full hiring lifecycle—from sourcing and candidate engagement to interview coordination and recruiting analytics. This role offers practical exposure to talent acquisition in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Actively source candidates across multiple channels and platforms
• Screen applications and coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring managers
• Support the team in conducting initial candidate interviews
• Post job advertisements on career pages and job boards
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse)
• Contribute to talent attraction projects, including KPI development and tracking
• Assist with recruiting events to connect with prospective talent
• Identify process improvements and help implement solutions

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Currently enrolled at a university, ideally studying business, psychology, HR, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable working with data to support reporting and KPI tracking
• Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work onsite at least 2 days per week
• Fluent in English

Preferred qualifications:

• Previous practical exposure to recruiting or HR through internships, working student roles, or project work
• German language skills
• Familiarity with Greenhouse or another applicant tracking system
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools
