About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential client in the electric vehicle charging infrastructure sector, currently expanding across France. As a recruiting partner at Get A Job.ai, we're seeking a Senior Expansion Manager to drive real estate development initiatives in southern France. This role offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the energy transition while building strategic partnerships across the region.

Based in Toulouse, Montpellier, or the broader Occitanie region, you'll identify and secure prime locations for charging infrastructure, negotiating agreements with landowners and coordinating projects from contract signature through to opening. You'll join a growing French team while collaborating with specialists in architecture, construction, branding, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new sites for rapid charging station deployment across southern France
• Conduct comprehensive site analysis covering economic and legal considerations
• Establish and maintain commercial relationships with diverse landowner types, including property developers and real estate professionals
• Negotiate and finalize lease agreements that align with project objectives
• Coordinate project development from initial agreements through station opening, ensuring smooth execution
• Liaise with internal teams to maintain project momentum and quality standards
• Represent our client at external events and expand your professional network within the real estate and energy sectors
• Mentor team members and share best practices to strengthen overall team capabilities

What We're Looking For

• Located in southern France (Toulouse, Montpellier, Marseille, Toulon, or Nice area)
• 6+ years of experience in real estate development or retail/commercial site development
• Genuine interest in the energy transition and sustainable infrastructure
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to establish lasting partnerships
• Comfortable with regular travel by car for site visits and occasional trips to Paris headquarters
• Proven negotiation and communication abilities, capable of managing complex deals
• Professional proficiency in both French and English
• Experience coaching and mentoring junior colleagues
• Valid driver's license required
• Background in real estate networks and connections with landowners and property developers is highly valued
