About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential technology organization backed by accomplished serial entrepreneurs. They are launching a cutting-edge TechBio initiative and need an exceptional AgentOps Engineer to help build from the ground up. This is a 100% remote position.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in TechBio domains
- Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps and drive rapid implementation from prototype to production
- Architect scalable solutions and drive critical milestones to position the department for rapid growth
- Take complete end-to-end ownership of systems architecture and strategy without layers of approval
- Collaborate directly with the department founder and a team of engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders
What We're Looking For
- Based in Europe or the Americas (or open to remote arrangements)
- High-agency builder mindset with proven domain expertise in TechBio or related fields
- Demonstrated ability to take extreme end-to-end ownership and execute rapidly
- Experience building 0-to-1 products and driving them to production scale
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment focused on execution over process
