About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential climate-tech software company in their search for a Senior Product Manager working remotely from the Eastern Time zone. Our client builds enterprise platforms that help major corporations manage lower-carbon fuel programs and sustainability initiatives. This is a high-impact role reporting to the CTO, where you'll own product vision and execution for a core domain.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product vision, roadmap, and execution for your assigned domain
- Spend time with enterprise customers to deeply understand aviation fuel market dynamics and user needs
- Drive high-velocity product development with distributed engineering and design teams
- Prototype rapidly using modern AI-assisted tools to accelerate the development lifecycle
- Stay current on AI tooling and emerging applications, filtering insights that can accelerate product execution
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Sales, Account Management, and Operations
- Translate complex technical systems into clear, user-centered solutions
- Balance data-driven decision-making with product intuition and customer empathy
What We're Looking For
Required:
- BA/BS in a technical or analytical field (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, or related)
- Minimum 4 years of product management or adjacent product-building experience in enterprise software
- Strong customer empathy and design thinking capabilities
- Demonstrated passion for AI through hands-on building, prototyping, or side projects
- Fluency with core LLM concepts: prompting, fine-tuning, embeddings, retrieval, and evaluation
- Experience with modern prototyping tools (Cursor, Claude Code) and design environments (Figma)
- Comfort with data analysis and experimentation, knowing when to move beyond the data
- Proven ability to lead small technical teams toward ambitious goals with urgency
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Native-level English writing and speaking skills
- Must be based in Massachusetts, New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, or Florida
Preferred:
- Experience in financial, enterprise, or compliance-heavy domains requiring precision
- High-growth startup background
- Success working on distributed teams
Not a fit if:
- You prefer strategy work over hands-on delivery
- You're not actively building with AI tools
