We are seeking an experienced (Senior) Inside Sales Specialist / Technical Sales Support to join their team in Ransbach-Baumbach, Rheinland-Pfalz, Deutschland. This is a full-time, permanent position that sits at the heart of the sales process, bridging customer requirements, field sales, and production operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage quotation and order processes for technical pump systems from inquiry through delivery
• Process customer-specific solutions and custom engineered products
• Provide technical customer support through inside sales channels
• Coordinate activities with field sales representatives across the DACH region
• Review and coordinate purchase agreements, delivery contracts, and distributor terms
• Participate in commercial negotiations alongside leadership
• Manage ERP-based process workflows and maintain accurate documentation
• Drive continuous improvement of sales, quotation, and order fulfillment processes
• Collaborate closely with production, logistics, and technical support teams

What We're Looking For

• Multiple years of experience in technical inside sales, sales support, or order management within industrial manufacturing or mechanical engineering environments
• Strong technical aptitude for complex, engineered products or systems
• Proficiency with ERP systems (experience with APplus is a plus)
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with field sales, technical teams, and production
• Structured, solution-oriented working style with excellent process orientation
• Self-directed approach with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Personal qualities: reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to follow-through

Background in roles such as Technical Inside Sales, Sales Engineer, Customer Service Manager (Industrial), Order Manager, Export Coordinator, or Sales Support in mechanical engineering contexts is highly relevant.
