E-Trade Manager*

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential international consumer products organization in their search for an E-Trade Manager for a parental leave coverage position starting November 1, 2026. This role is based in Eschborn and requires a minimum of 35 hours per week. Our client operates across multiple markets with innovative and sustainable product lines sold through major e-commerce platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and analyze marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns for digital points of sale on e-commerce platforms of trade partners
• Plan, implement, and oversee sales campaigns in close collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Advance product data and content strategies in alignment with brand and product positioning
• Conduct data collection, analysis, and reporting to continuously optimize e-trade activities
• Own content excellence initiatives across digital channels
• Monitor and optimize ratings and reviews processes on trade partner websites
• Collaborate closely with brand marketing, product marketing, and sales teams
• Perform competitive intelligence and analysis on online retail platforms
• Develop steering measures based on market insights
• Contribute to general e-trade projects and initiatives
• Manage creation and coordination of product photography samples for optimal presentation on partner platforms
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints independently in coordination with product marketing, focusing on customer-oriented solutions

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience with digital media, e-commerce platforms, online shops, and online marketing
• Strong knowledge of the B2C e-commerce market, major retail platforms, and market mechanisms
• Excellent German language skills and good English proficiency, both written and spoken
• Expertise in standard MS Office applications
• Agency background and experience with performance-oriented online marketing tools are desirable
• Strong analytical capabilities, organizational talent, and team collaboration skills
