About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential client in the sales acceleration and customer experience sector. They are seeking a French-English Bilingual Sales Associate to join their team on a contract running through September 2026. This is a remote opportunity for candidates based in Florida, Georgia, Texas, or Wisconsin.

In this role, you'll connect with existing and potential customers through inbound and outbound sales calls, presenting product offers and converting conversations into sales while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing sales-focused phone calls with an emphasis on converting calls to sales
• Present product offers by reading scripted presentations or customizing based on product information
• Overcome customer objections, transition between script elements, and close sales
• Obtain, enter, and verify customer information accurately including personal and payment details
• Answer questions, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service on every call
• Maintain established quality metrics and calls-per-hour goals while supporting program objectives
• Exercise deep product knowledge regarding offers, pricing, and upsell opportunities
• Adhere strictly to policies, procedures, quality standards, and federal regulations
• Maintain confidentiality of all customer data and accessed information
• Document interactions accurately and timely using established systems
• Escalate situations outside your control to supervision promptly

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual fluency in French and English (required)
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong sales skills with ability to overcome objections and close deals
• Exceptional customer service orientation
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends
• Comfort with script-based selling and data entry
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to compliance requirements
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Must pass program-specific assessments
• Must be located in Florida, Georgia, Texas, or Wisconsin
