We are representing a confidential technology client in their search for a Financial Analyst to support their digital commerce operations. Responsibilities

• Perform complex financial analysis for specific functions or business units, identifying issues and recommending solutions
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support key business initiatives and provide valuable analytics
• Participate in cross-functional teams as a representative of the finance domain
• Establish and maintain relationships with business leaders to guide and influence decision-making
• Drive the forecasting process (weekly, monthly, and long-term) by analyzing trends and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
• Support policy and process enhancement, identifying opportunities for improved efficiency and organizational growth
• Provide information and counsel in the areas of controls, budgeting, planning, return on investment decisions, and overall business strategy development
• Lead moderate to high complexity projects, delivering professionally written reports and supporting operational and strategic plans
• Provide mentoring and guidance to lower-level roles to enhance individual and organizational performance

What We're Looking For

Education and Experience:

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related discipline, or commensurate work experience
• Typically 4-7 years of work experience in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or related field (or 3-5 years with an advanced degree)

Technical Skills:

• Strong accounting and auditing capabilities
• Corporate finance and financial modeling expertise
• Proficiency with financial analysis, financial planning, and financial statements
• Experience with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and internal controls
• Data analysis and variance analysis skills
• Knowledge of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Profit & Loss (P&L) management
• SAP Applications experience preferred
• Process improvement and automation capabilities
