About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential global manufacturing client seeking a Senior HR Data Analyst to join their team supporting operations in Florence, KY. This role offers the flexibility to work on-site, hybrid, or remotely with approximately 10% annual travel to the Florence campus.

Our client is looking for an experienced analytics professional who can transform workforce data into strategic insights that drive decision-making across the organization. You'll partner with HR leadership and business stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions that optimize workforce performance and HR program effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, validate, and maintain HR data from multiple systems including HRIS, payroll, timekeeping, and workforce management platforms
  • Develop and manage dashboards, reports, and scorecards providing visibility into key workforce metrics such as headcount, turnover, hiring, attendance, and retention
  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, delivering actionable insights to support HR and business decisions
  • Create clear, meaningful data visualizations and presentations for HR leaders and stakeholders
  • Partner with HR teams and business leaders to understand reporting needs and deliver data-driven solutions
  • Support workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives through data analysis and reporting
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company policies and data privacy requirements
  • Collaborate with IT and other teams to improve data quality, system integrations, and reporting processes
  • Support implementation and enhancement of HR technology and analytics tools
  • Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and provide analytical support for HR projects and strategic initiatives
  • Share knowledge and best practices to build a data-driven culture across the HR organization

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field (Master's degree preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in HR data analysis or business intelligence with strong focus on HR data
  • Strong proficiency in data and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and advanced MS Excel
  • Advanced SQL database skills for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis
  • Proven experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) such as Workday, UKG, or similar platforms
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities with capacity to explain complex data insights to non-technical audiences
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and compliance requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with statistical analysis software (R, Python) for predictive modeling and advanced analytics

Pay

The anticipated compensation range for this position is $79,400 - $142,900 annually. The final offer will be determined based on qualifications, experience, geographic location, and internal equity considerations. This role is also eligible for performance-based short-term incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.
