About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential AI research organization seeking a Bilingual Spanish Expert – AI Safety to help advance responsible model development. This is a remote contract role based in Spain, offering the chance to apply linguistic expertise and critical reasoning to cutting-edge safety work.
Responsibilities
- Write expert-level prompts in Spanish across a range of sensitive subject areas
- Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations for safety evaluation
- Flag adversarial phrasings and escalation patterns in model interactions
- Document the reasoning behind safety judgments with precision and clarity
- Work independently and asynchronously to ensure model safety and accuracy
- Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance model handling of sensitive topics
What We're Looking For
Must-Have:
- Native or near-native fluency in Spanish
- Business-level written English
- Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress)
- Strong written reasoning and exceptional attention to detail
- Sound judgment around sensitive and dual-use information
Preferred:
- Based in Spain or Western Europe
- Experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming written or technical content
- Background in trust and safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, or adversarial testing
