About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential financial services organization in their search for a GCM Relationship Manager III. This role offers the opportunity to manage a sophisticated book of institutional trust accounts while serving as a subject matter expert in global capital markets operations.

Responsibilities

  • Administer a book of corporate trust accounts ranging from straightforward to complex structures
  • Coordinate relationship management for institutional clients and oversee day-to-day account administration
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for various trust products, processes, and services
  • Review and approve assignments and DWAC transactions
  • Perform daily account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Manage onboarding processes for new transactions and accounts
  • Maintain strong client relationships through timely responses to inquiries and proactive communication
  • Serve as liaison between operations, compliance, DTC, management, and external vendors
  • Develop and maintain working knowledge of governing documents and account structures
  • Prepare reports, memorandums, and procedural documentation as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Institutional Trust Services with focus on Global Capital Markets
  • Prior banking experience is required
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements governing customer communications
  • Excellent analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proven ability to organize workflow and manage multiple priorities independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to prepare business correspondence and procedure manuals
  • Ability to present information effectively to managers, investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies
  • Sound judgment and decision-making capabilities with minimal supervision
  • Must be presently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
