(Senior) HR Manager (m/w/d) in Teilzeit (30h/Woche) befristet für 1,5 Jahre

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential renewable energy organization seeking a Senior HR Manager for a 1.5-year fixed-term assignment at 30 hours per week in Cologne.

In this role, you will:

• Serve as a trusted advisor and sparring partner to leadership on strategic and operational HR matters
• Support employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle
• Actively shape and guide organizational development and change management processes to ensure future readiness
• Contribute to the recruiting process from workforce planning through candidate selection to successful onboarding
• Collaborate on payroll administration and ensure smooth payroll processing with relevant stakeholders
• Own planning, management, and monitoring of the HR budget while supporting personnel analytics and administrative HR processes
• Lead HR projects independently and bring fresh ideas to optimize and advance HR practices

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree with focus on Human Resources Management or comparable qualification with additional HR training
• Solid experience in a comparable HR position supporting employees and leadership
• Broad expertise in individual and collective labor law
• Initiative and diplomatic skills with strong communication and consulting competence
• Excellent self-management and high service orientation
• Ability to act as a motivator and drive change through advisory role with attention to emotional aspects
• Capacity to influence through rational argumentation combined with emotional depth
• Strong communication skills, flexibility, organization, and passion for sustainability
• Fluent English written and spoken
