Senior Product Owner – CRM (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology company in the hospitality sector, seeking a Senior Product Owner to drive the strategic evolution of their CRM and ERP platforms. In this role, you'll own the product vision for business-critical systems built on Odoo, bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams across multiple countries. This is an opportunity to make a measurable impact on customer experience, operational efficiency, and scalable business processes through continuous improvement and automation.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for CRM and ERP platforms, ensuring alignment with business strategy and customer experience goals
• Analyse, challenge, and continuously improve end-to-end business processes across Order-to-Cash, billing, payments, customer management, logistics, procurement, and finance
• Own and prioritise the product backlog, translating business needs and process improvement opportunities into clear user stories and actionable deliverables
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Customer Experience, Support, Operations, Logistics, and Data teams to align priorities and maximise business value
• Lead collaboration with implementation and service partners, ensuring solutions meet business requirements, quality standards, and expected outcomes
• Drive adoption of new capabilities through effective release planning, stakeholder engagement, process integrity checks, and continuous feedback loops

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, or similar roles within CRM, ERP, or business systems environments
• Strong understanding of commercial, operational, financial, and logistics processes with demonstrated ability to identify and drive process improvements
• Experience managing product backlogs, priorities, and stakeholder expectations within agile frameworks
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills that enable alignment and decision-making across diverse stakeholder groups
• Customer-focused mindset combined with passion for continuous improvement, operational excellence, and measurable business outcomes
• Experience working with CRM and ERP platforms; knowledge of Odoo is beneficial
• Fluent English required
