About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI technology organization seeking a Customer Success Manager for their EMEA operations based in Paris. Our client is at the forefront of enterprise AI solutions, partnering with organizations across finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology while driving meaningful business outcomes for enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring they maximize value from AI solutions
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, understanding business objectives and tailoring solutions accordingly
• Lead customer onboarding, adoption initiatives, and ongoing engagement to drive product usage and satisfaction
• Monitor customer health metrics, identify risks proactively, and address challenges to prevent churn
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs and usage patterns
• Partner with product and engineering teams to gather customer feedback and influence product roadmap decisions
• Develop and deliver customer training, enablement programs, and best practices to accelerate adoption
• Conduct regular quarterly business reviews to align on goals, challenges, and success metrics
• Create and execute customer success plans with clear KPIs, timelines, and measurable outcomes
• Advocate for customer needs internally, ensuring their voice shapes product and strategic discussions
• Support renewal processes, including contract negotiations and expansion discussions

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Solutions Consulting, ideally in technical or SaaS environments
• Proven track record managing enterprise customer relationships with focus on driving adoption, satisfaction, and retention
• Experience working with technical products and ability to engage confidently with Data, IT, and Engineering teams
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including ability to tailor messaging for both technical and executive audiences
• Business acumen with ability to identify upsell and expansion opportunities while ensuring customer success
• Technical aptitude; familiarity with AI/ML concepts is a plus, though ability to understand and discuss technical requirements is essential
• Hands-on, customer-centric approach with collaborative working style and organizational skills
• Passion for solving complex challenges in dynamic, fast-paced environments
