About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI research organization seeking a Program Manager for a fully remote contract engagement. Our client operates at the forefront of applied machine learning and works with distributed technical teams across multiple time zones.

This is a contract position based remotely from Sweden, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently across asynchronous collaboration environments.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess domain-specific documents to ensure quality, accuracy, and relevance
• Provide structured feedback to improve document standards and evaluation processes
• Collaborate with distributed teams to enhance project outcomes through strong analytical skills
• Utilize Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for document analysis and reporting
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines
• Maintain attention to detail while following structured guidelines

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree (minimum required)
• 2+ years of professional experience in operations, program management, or a related domain
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Demonstrated document analysis and review skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines
• Proven ability to work independently in remote, asynchronous environments
• Based in Sweden or eligible to work remotely from Sweden
