EOP O9 Global Test Lead

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential consumer goods organization seeking a senior testing leader to drive quality assurance across a major enterprise planning platform transformation. This is a critical technical leadership role within a global Digital & Technology team, managing end-to-end testing activities for large-scale system implementations across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

You will own the test management function for enterprise operations planning and transformation programs, ensuring quality is embedded throughout delivery. Your responsibilities include:

• Define and execute end-to-end test strategy, test plans, and governance frameworks for large-scale ERP and planning platform deployments across multiple global regions
• Lead all testing phases including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing, Performance Testing, and Go-Live readiness validation
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using Selenium and TOSCA, maximizing test coverage and reusability
• Manage complete testing cycles from test case creation through defect logging, triage, resolution tracking, and exit criteria sign-off using industry-standard tools
• Coordinate with business leads, process owners, technical architects, and vendor teams to align on quality standards, timelines, and outcomes
• Establish defect management processes ensuring timely escalation, prioritization, and resolution of critical issues
• Lead UAT exit approval processes, coordinating stakeholder sign-offs and documenting test completion evidence for program governance
• Drive continuous improvement by introducing automation, optimizing test cycles, and reducing manual testing effort
• Provide regular test status reporting to program leadership including execution progress, defect trends, and risk indicators
• Coach and mentor testing analysts and junior team members, building a quality-first culture

What We're Looking For

Required Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 8–10 years in QA and software testing roles, with at least 4–5 years as test lead or test manager on large transformation programs
• Proven track record leading UAT exit approvals and Go-Live readiness validations for enterprise platform programs
• Strong hands-on expertise with Selenium (web-based UI automation) and TOSCA (Tricentis) for end-to-end test automation – both mandatory
• Experience with test management tools such as JIRA/Zephyr, ALM, Azure DevOps for managing test cases, cycles, and defect tracking
• Experience designing and executing SIT, UAT, regression, and performance testing strategies for complex multi-system landscapes including ERP and planning platforms
• Stakeholder management skills with ability to communicate testing status, risks, and quality outcomes to technical teams and senior business leadership across multiple regions
• Experience driving UAT processes including test scenario design with business users, defect triage, exit criteria definition, and formal sign-offs
• Knowledge of Agile and waterfall delivery methodologies with ability to adapt testing approaches
• Experience working in global, matrixed organizations with geographically distributed teams and multiple vendor partners
• Risk-based testing expertise – identifying critical test scenarios and prioritizing coverage based on business impact
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related technical discipline (engineering background strongly preferred)

Highly Desirable:

• Experience testing enterprise supply chain and planning platforms
• Familiarity with supply chain planning processes (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Trade Promotion Management) and translating business scenarios into test cases
• ISTQB certification (Foundation, Advanced Test Manager, or Agile Tester)
• Tricentis TOSCA certification (TOSCA Automation Specialist Level 1 or 2)
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices with experience integrating automated tests into build and release pipelines
• Experience with data validation testing including master data, transactional data, and integration payload verification
• Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe)

Work Requirements:

• Full-time position based in India
• Ability to accommodate cross-regional time zones during peak testing cycles and UAT phases
• Occasional travel may be required to support regional testing activities and stakeholder workshops
• No relocation support available
