Senior Java & React Developer

This is a fully remote role open to candidates worldwide. We are currently matching developers at different experience levels with ongoing projects that require strong full-stack capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and build applications from scratch with a strong understanding of application architecture
• Work directly with technical stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver solutions
• Contribute to both front-end and back-end development using React and Java
• Collaborate with distributed teams in fast-paced project environments
• Take ownership of your work with minimal supervision while maintaining clear communication

What We're Looking For

Standard Track:

• 4+ years of commercial software development experience
• 3+ years of commercial experience with React (required)
• 3+ years of commercial experience with Java (required)

Senior Track (Priority for European-based developers):

• 8+ years of commercial software development experience
• 4+ years of commercial experience with React (required)
• 8+ years of commercial experience with Java (required)
• 4+ years of commercial experience with Spring (required)

Additional Requirements:

• Strong architectural and technical decision-making skills
• Advanced English communication skills — ability to discuss business tasks, justify technical decisions, and communicate issues clearly
• Proven ability to work independently in a fully remote setting
• Demonstrated reliability and accountability in previous roles
• Adaptability to onboard quickly and deliver results from day one
