Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential cleantech organization in Hamburg that is seeking a Service Technician for Maintenance on a working student basis (20-30 hours per week). In this role, you will provide technical support for an innovative renewable energy installation, ensuring reliable operation through systematic maintenance and repair work.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Inspecting and maintaining equipment across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems, including hydraulic fluid management
• Analyzing technical problems, resolving faults, and documenting both solutions and root causes
• Developing maintenance schedules, spare parts inventories, and technical service documentation
• Managing on-site spare parts inventory and ensuring structured storage systems
• Contributing practical operational insights to the ongoing development of service processes

This is a unique opportunity to work with emerging technology in the renewable energy sector, where your hands-on experience will directly influence how maintenance and service structures are built from the ground up.

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a candidate with:

• Technical background in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, energy technology, or comparable technical training
• Practical experience in mechanical maintenance and repair of technical installations
• Solid understanding of hydraulic systems and ability to independently analyze technical relationships
• Availability for 20-30 hours per week with flexibility for occasional early morning, evening, or weekend work when required
• Strong sense of responsibility, autonomous work style, and calm problem-solving approach under pressure
• Comfort working directly with equipment outdoors in an active logistics environment
• Ability to read technical drawings, hydraulic schematics, and electrical diagrams (advantageous)
