About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential consulting platform seeking an experienced Head of Sales to join their leadership team in Berlin. Our client is at an exciting growth stage, scaling their operations across multiple regions and building innovative solutions in the professional services space.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll own the complete sales strategy and drive revenue growth. You'll report directly to senior leadership and have the autonomy to build and shape a high-performing sales organization. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve ambitious revenue targets and organizational goals
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing SDR team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
• Personally manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through deal closure with senior decision-makers
• Set clear performance goals, monitor progress, and provide regular coaching and feedback to team members
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring consistently high satisfaction levels
• Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions
• Drive implementation of sales best practices to improve conversion rates and overall effectiveness
• Continuously improve sales processes and innovate approaches to enhance customer satisfaction
• Identify new business opportunities and drive strategic growth initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years leading and managing a sales team
• Proven track record of success in fast-paced sales environments with demonstrated results
• Strong understanding of sales processes, strategies, and methodologies
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
• Ability to think strategically while driving effective execution
• Hands-on mentality with a leadership-by-example approach
• Professional fluency in both German and English
• Available to work onsite in Berlin
