About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential GreenTech organization in Hamburg that is developing innovative renewable energy infrastructure. Our talent team is searching for a Maintenance Technician (Part-Time or Working Student) to provide technical support for a pioneering installation in the city.

This is a hands-on role where you'll maintain and service a unique energy-generating system. You'll work 20-30 hours per week with flexible scheduling, making this an excellent opportunity for students or professionals seeking meaningful part-time work in the sustainability sector.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections and maintenance across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• Conduct hydraulic oil servicing and system care
• Troubleshoot technical issues, resolve faults, and systematically document problems and solutions
• Develop and refine maintenance schedules, spare parts inventories, and technical service documentation
• Manage on-site spare parts storage and ensure organized inventory control
• Work flexible hours including occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends when maintenance windows are available

What We're Looking For

• Technical background in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, energy technology, or comparable technical training
• Practical experience in mechanical maintenance and repair of technical installations
• Solid understanding of hydraulic systems and ability to comprehend technical relationships independently
• Availability for 20-30 hours per week with flexibility for varied shift times
• Self-directed work style with ability to take responsibility and remain calm under pressure
• Comfort working hands-on with equipment outdoors in an active traffic or logistics environment
• Ability to read technical drawings, hydraulic schematics, and electrical diagrams (preferred)
• German language proficiency required for documentation and local operations
