Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential social services organization in Rheine seeking a Führungskraft (m/w/d) Eingliederungshilfe & Soziale Teilhabe (Leadership Position for Integration Assistance & Social Participation). This is an unlimited full-time position with a respected regional provider serving individuals who require support across multiple areas of care and community integration.

Our client operates extensive programs supporting people with disabilities, mental health conditions, and various life challenges. The division you would lead encompasses vocational workshops, residential support services, ambulatory care, psychosocial counseling, and rehabilitation facilities. This is a strategic leadership role overseeing multiple service lines that make meaningful impact in people's lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide economic, conceptual, and strategic leadership for the division
• Lead, develop, and manage department heads while overseeing strategic personnel management
• Design and optimize organizational structures and operational processes
• Participate in negotiations with funding agencies and cost bearers
• Build and maintain regional and national professional networks
• Contribute to organizational projects and change management initiatives

What We're Looking For

• University degree in social work/social services, ideally with additional qualification in business administration, OR business degree with additional qualification in social services
• Preferably several years of experience in leadership positions
• Proven experience in organizational development and process design
• Expert knowledge of social economy (Sozialwirtschaft), social legislation, and the Federal Participation Act (Bundesteilhabegesetz)
• Strong business acumen with entrepreneurial thinking and approach
• High level of engagement, excellent communication skills, resilience, and assertiveness
• Motivating, team-oriented personality with pragmatic and results-focused approach
• Fluency in German is essential for this role
