Praktikant*In (M/W/D) E-Mail Marketing, Crm & Performance Marketing

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential media and events organization based in Hamburg, and our talent team is seeking a motivated Marketing Intern to support their E-Mail Marketing, CRM, and Performance Marketing initiatives.

In this role, you will:

• Support the promotion and execution of a major annual marketing festival, including on-site participation during the event
• Assist in planning, writing, and implementing newsletters for new and existing customers within the email and CRM platform
• Help the Performance Marketing team create, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels
• Collaborate flexibly on cross-team projects, supporting both teams where the most exciting challenges arise
• Maintain and review regular reports and analyses to derive data-driven action recommendations

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• Current enrollment in a degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a comparable field, or recent completion of studies or vocational training
• Interest in online marketing topics; ideally some initial experience in email marketing, CRM, performance marketing, or related areas
• Enjoyment of both creative work (copywriting, image selection) and analytical thinking (numbers, performance KPIs)
• Comfort working with new tools and willingness to quickly learn different systems
• Solid proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong teamwork skills with a preference for solving challenges collaboratively
• Initiative and a hands-on approach to work
• German language proficiency for this Hamburg-based role
