Wir vertreten einen etablierten Kunden aus dem Maschinen- und Anlagenbau im Raum Bünde. Als Projektleiter Customer Projects (gn) verantworten Sie die termingerechte, budgetkonforme und kundenorientierte Umsetzung technischer Anlagenprojekte – von der Angebotsphase bis zur Abnahme.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung von Kundenprojekten im Anlagenbau von der Angebotsphase bis zum Abschluss
- Erstellung von Angebots- und Vertragsterminplänen sowie Abschätzung des Projektleitungsaufwands
- Prüfung von Angebots- und Auftragsunterlagen, Klärung offener Punkte und Risiken
- Übernahme des Projekts nach Auftragseingang und Erstellung interner sowie externer Terminpläne
- Koordination interner Ressourcen, externer Dienstleister und Lieferanten
- Sicherstellung von Materialverfügbarkeit, technischer Abstimmung und Projektfortschritt
- Überwachung von Terminen, Kosten, Risiken und Zahlungsflüssen
- Baustellenabwicklung und Steuerung der Umsetzung bis zur Abnahme, Rechnungsstellung und Projektdokumentation
- Leitung von Projektbesprechungen und regelmäßige Kundenbesuche
- Aktives Stakeholder- und Eskalationsmanagement sowie Reporting an die Bereichsleitung und Geschäftsführung
- Durchführung von Projektnachkalkulationen und Lessons Learned
Was wir suchen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Anlagen- oder Maschinenbau
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Polnisch wünschenswert
- Kommunikativ, durchsetzungsstark, diplomatisch und strukturiert
- Vorausschauende, lösungsorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Belastbar und verbindlich im Auftreten
- Teamorientiert und flexibel im Umgang mit wechselnden Anforderungen
