Full Stack Builder (Team of One)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking a Full Stack Builder (Team of One) based in India. This is a remote position with exceptional autonomy and impact.

In this role, you will not be implementing tickets or following traditional product development workflows. Instead, you will own complete product outcomes from concept through production deployment and ongoing operations. Using modern AI tooling and robust engineering infrastructure, you will build systems that previously required entire teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into working, production-grade systems with full end-to-end ownership
• Define technical architecture, workflows, and implementation strategies independently
• Rapidly prototype solutions using code, AI tooling, automation, or low-code platforms—turning ambiguous ideas into working demos within hours or days
• Design and orchestrate LLM agents, retrieval pipelines, workflow automation, memory layers, APIs, and safety guardrails
• Build systems that remain resilient against hallucinations, model variability, and quality degradation
• Optimize for token consumption, inference cost, latency constraints, infrastructure scalability, and system resilience
• Validate features through real user feedback and experimentation, then iterate to production quality
• Implement monitoring, telemetry, and evaluation loops for continuous quality improvement
• Maintain clear, repeatable documentation and automate workflows that increase engineering velocity

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Proven track record shipping production systems that serve real users
• Strong systems thinking and logical reasoning capabilities
• High ownership mindset with ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and executing rapid iteration cycles
• Hands-on experience with APIs, automation tools, or AI platforms
• Ability to reason through infrastructure tradeoffs and system reliability considerations
• Proficiency with React, Vue, or Angular on the frontend; Node.js, Python, or Java on the backend

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience building LLM-based or AI-driven products
• Familiarity with evaluation frameworks, monitoring, or instrumentation systems
• Experience with data pipelines, analytics, or telemetry
• Strong UX and frontend design sensibility
• Portfolio or GitHub profile showcasing deployed, production systems
