About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing strategy consulting firm in Hamburg that works with established enterprise clients across multiple sectors. Our client specializes in business transformation, CRM strategy, and operational redesign—delivering high-impact work directly at the C-suite level without the bureaucracy of traditional consulting pyramids.

This is a senior consulting role for professionals who have developed their craft at top-tier firms and are ready to take on direct client ownership, entrepreneurial responsibility, and financial upside tied to the value they create.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements independently for enterprise clients with increasing complexity—from initial C-level engagement through implementation oversight
• Develop and execute business models for sales transformation, CRM strategy, and operational change—owning delivery, not just recommendations
• Facilitate strategy workshops and steering committees directly with executives and board members
• Build methodological frameworks for enterprise service delivery alongside leadership: engagement structures, delivery standards, and quality assurance
• Serve as a strategic sparring partner to firm leadership on enterprise segment growth and positioning

What We're Looking For

• Several years of experience at Senior Consultant level or above from a top-tier strategy consultancy (MBB, Big Four strategy practices, or equivalent)
• Proven experience working directly with C-suite executives and boards of significant organizations
• Ability to structure and own complex transformation projects independently, without relying on layered approval processes
• Executive presence: you can influence and persuade senior stakeholders on your own merit
• Entrepreneurial mindset: you seek ownership, impact, and financial participation—not just a salary
• Fluency in German is required for this role; knowledge of the education sector (AZAV) is a plus but not essential

Pay
