Inhouse Marketing Specialist (m/w/d) – Hybrid Remote Großraum Köln

Responsibilities

We are representing a well-established, owner-operated business with over 35 locations across the Cologne region. As their In-House Marketing Specialist, you will build and own marketing operations across multiple channels and locations:

• Coordinate online marketing campaigns and regional print initiatives while managing all project timelines and deadlines
• Manage relationships with print vendors, publishers, and agencies—request proposals, evaluate options, and ensure seamless execution
• Prepare promotional materials and campaign information for distribution to regional locations, ensuring consistent communication across all sites
• Create diverse marketing content including flyers, posters, and social media assets, leveraging AI tools where appropriate
• Organize and attend photo shoots at branch locations using company vehicles, maintaining direct contact with on-site teams
• Develop sustainable marketing processes and workflows, establishing organized systems that support the organization's long-term growth

What We're Looking For

Our client needs a hands-on marketing generalist who thrives in an operational, multi-location environment:

• 2–3 years of marketing experience as a Marketing Manager, Project Coordinator, or Marketing Assistant in an agency or in-house setting
• Content and social media all-rounder: you handle everything from content planning, copywriting, and AI-assisted communications to photo shoot coordination, image editing, sales presentations, print ads, and promotional materials
• Strong organizational skills with a structured, pragmatic, and independent working style
• Excellent communication abilities with confident presentation skills and native-level German proficiency
• Hands-on mentality with flexibility and willingness to travel occasionally to regional branch locations
• Comfortable working across the full marketing spectrum—from digital channels to traditional print and in-person coordination
