Servicemanager / Servicekoordinator (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential industrial equipment manufacturer in Bremen seeking a Service Manager / Service Coordinator to support their client base with service, maintenance, and inspection activities. In this role, you will:

• Handle technical and commercial processing of service requests from clients
• Develop scope of work and prepare quotations for service, maintenance, and inspection assignments
• Calculate service costs and participate in pricing decisions
• Provide telephone and written support to customers on all service-related matters
• Create, design, and manage service and maintenance contracts
• Actively monitor inspection and maintenance intervals and proactively reach out to customers
• Compile and prepare required technical and organizational documentation for service and installation assignments
• Schedule and coordinate service deployments in close collaboration with the installation department
• Follow up on completed service orders, handle invoicing, and communicate relevant information to downstream departments

What We're Looking For

• Advanced technical training (Techniker certification), completed engineering degree, or comparable technical qualification
• Ideally, professional experience in technical service, plant engineering, mechanical engineering, or a similar industrial environment
• Strong technical understanding and ability to communicate technical matters in a customer-oriented manner
• Commercial aptitude for cost calculation, quotation preparation, and order processing
• Independent, structured, and reliable work approach
• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for direct customer contact
• Proficiency with standard office applications; experience with ERP systems is advantageous
• German language fluency required for customer interaction
