Consultant Education & Sales Operations (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential consulting firm that specializes in supporting certified education providers across Germany. Our talent team is searching for a strategic consultant who will work directly with leadership teams to build scalable sales operations and CRM infrastructure.

In this role, you'll guide executive teams and their sales departments through implementing proven processes and methodologies. You'll train internal sales teams, analyze performance data, and take full ownership of a portfolio of approximately 15 client organizations. This is a consulting and advisory position—you'll lead strategy, not execute tasks.

This position is based in Hamburg with home office flexibility after the onboarding period. You'll receive modern equipment and work closely with senior leadership to shape consulting products and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with client executive leadership and sales teams to develop and implement sales strategies and CRM processes
• Train and guide internal sales teams using established frameworks, templates, and structured methodologies
• Analyze sales data, identify bottlenecks, and provide targeted steering and recommendations
• Manage full accountability for a fixed client portfolio of education providers
• Conduct regular strategy sessions, review calls, and performance evaluations with client teams
• Contribute actively to the evolution of consulting structures and service offerings
• Develop both strategic vision and operational implementation plans for client organizations

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2C or B2B sales, CRM processes, organizational development, or strategic consulting
• Proven ability to work effectively with both executive leadership and operational sales teams
• Strong structured work approach with KPI-oriented thinking and clear implementation focus
• Excellent communication skills, confident presence, and process-oriented mindset
• Fluency in German is required for this role
• Bonus qualifications: Experience with CRM systems, SaaS platforms, sales architecture design, or training sales teams

Pay

The client offers an annual base salary between €48,000 and €55,000 gross, depending on experience and demonstrated results. Performance-based revenue sharing on retained clients begins in the second year of employment. Pay is provided directly by the employer.
