Customer Success – Australia Clients

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech client with operations across the Asia-Pacific region. They are seeking an experienced Customer Success professional to manage renewals and client satisfaction for their Australian customer base, working remotely from the Philippines.

This is a revenue-focused role where you will drive renewal targets, manage upsell opportunities, and ensure exceptional customer experiences throughout the renewal lifecycle. You will work cross-functionally with accounting, product, and operations teams to resolve customer issues and optimize retention.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly renewal rate and cash collection targets across the Australian client portfolio
• Maintain and improve customer satisfaction scores through proactive engagement and issue resolution
• Conduct detailed investigations into customer interactions and work cross-functionally to drive resolutions
• Identify and act on upsell and upgrade opportunities within the existing customer base
• Manage customer pipeline in a data-driven manner using CRM tools and reporting systems
• Prioritize ticket resolution and proactive outreach to consistently meet monthly KPIs
• Collaborate with product, finance, and operations teams to improve renewal processes and customer experience
• Share best practices with the wider team and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Renewals or Customer Success management roles
• Based in the Philippines with strong written and spoken English suitable for Australian-market clients
• Demonstrated track record of achieving renewal rate and cash collection targets in B2B SaaS or services environments
• Experience managing customer pipelines in a data-driven way, including CRM hygiene, pipeline reporting, and forecasting
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with product, finance, and operations teams
• Strong ownership mindset with demonstrated accountability and follow-through
• Structured thinking with ability to balance organizational, team, and customer needs
• Comfort having difficult conversations in a professional and empathetic manner
• Data-driven decision-making approach with ability to use metrics to support strategies
