The Opportunity
At GitLab, we're looking for an Associate Solutions Architect to join our SMB EMEA Sales team. As a trusted advisor, you will guide potential and existing customers through their digital transformation journeys by showcasing how GitLab's DevSecOps platform can meet both technical requirements and business objectives throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance to prospects and clients on implementing GitLab solutions that align with their specific needs and goals.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to understand customer pain points and tailor GitLab's offerings accordingly.
- Develop comprehensive technical presentations and proposals that demonstrate the value of GitLab's platform in addressing complex business challenges.
- Maintain a deep understanding of GitLab’s product features, best practices, and industry trends to stay ahead of competitors.
Skills & Qualifications
- Fluency in French or German (oral and written).
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role within the technology sector.
- A strong understanding of DevSecOps principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients at all levels.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business benefits for non-technical stakeholders.
