Cyber Security GTM Leader

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential data platform organization in their search for a Cyber Security GTM Leader based in the USA. This is a strategic executive role where you will architect and execute the global go-to-market strategy for cybersecurity solutions, driving revenue growth and market penetration across all verticals and regions.

In this position, you will serve as the domain expert and business executive for cybersecurity use cases, building scalable enablement programs and driving strategic partnerships. You will work cross-functionally to align sales, marketing, engineering, and partner teams around a unified cybersecurity vision centered on data and AI transformation.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute comprehensive, repeatable sales programs that scale across multiple geographies and business units on a quarterly basis
• Develop net-new GTM motions for horizontal security products targeted across all industry verticals
• Identify and foster AI-driven use cases that demonstrate platform value in cybersecurity operations
• Identify operational gaps in the cybersecurity GTM motion, quantify business opportunities with data, and execute improvement plans
• Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to create strategic account-level plans
• Scale your expertise across the GTM organization through enablement programs, repeatable assets, and clear articulation of data and AI strategy in cybersecurity
• Serve as a trusted advisor to strategic customer security executives on security operations transformation and AI governance
• Partner with alliance teams to develop relationships with systems integrators and build joint sales motions
• Establish thought leadership by authoring white papers, representing the organization at conferences, and designing cybersecurity events
• Collaborate with enablement teams to build programs that enhance field capability in executive security conversations, including knowledge of security operations, competitive landscape, AI security opportunities, evolving threats, and industry regulations
• Work with marketing to develop tailored case studies, collateral, blogs, and demand generation campaigns

What We're Looking For

• 15+ years of experience as a cybersecurity executive at a leading security software company or consulting firm
• Proven sales program management skills with a track record of building scalable GTM motions
• Demonstrated success driving organizational change at large enterprises, with deep understanding of how organizations make cybersecurity purchasing decisions
• Builder mentality with proven ability to leverage AI to automate and augment GTM activities
• Strong executive presence and ability to cultivate relationships with CISOs, IT leaders, and business executives
• Deep technical knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape with existing industry relationships
• Humility and strong interpersonal skills to inspire and lead cross-functional teams
• Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills with ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and concisely
• Willingness to travel for conferences and internal meetings
