About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential business services organization seeking a Work@Home Customer Service Representative based in Saskatchewan. This is a fantastic opportunity to build meaningful customer relationships while working remotely in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

In this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to customers, handling billing inquiries, payment processing, service questions, and troubleshooting. You'll use active listening and emotional intelligence to understand each customer's unique needs and deliver solutions that create a "WOW" experience in every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls regarding billing, payments, existing services, promotional offers, and service changes
• Identify customer needs through active listening and provide accurate answers, troubleshooting assistance, and product recommendations
• Take ownership of customer issues from initial contact through complete resolution
• Navigate multiple computer systems to research products, services, common problems, and available solutions
• Document all customer interactions, needs, and outcomes in appropriate systems and tools
• Create additional requests when issues require escalation or cannot be resolved in real time
• Deliver exceptional communication and service speed in every customer interaction
• Participate in regular coaching sessions with your supervisor to meet key performance indicators

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Currently residing in Saskatchewan with authorization to work in Canada
• At least 6 months of customer service experience
• Availability to work flexible hours between 7 AM and 12 AM EST as business needs require
• Experience troubleshooting customer issues and taking ownership of resolutions
• Compassionate, supportive, and friendly communication style with confidence and urgency
• Computer proficiency and comfort working with multiple monitors
• Results-oriented mindset with ability to provide recommendations and solutions
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Suitable home workspace with hard-wired internet connection
• Openness to coaching and feedback for continuous improvement

Pay
