Marketing Analyst Intern

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential B2B SaaS organization that needs a marketing analyst intern to bridge data and decision-making. You will pull, clean, and analyze data across marketing, outbound campaigns, and product usage, then identify patterns and anomalies. The role requires you to explain findings in plain language that non-technical stakeholders can act on. You'll build and maintain simple reporting dashboards that the team actually uses, define and document metrics to ensure consistency week over week, and turn your insights into concrete recommendations. When your recommendations are adopted, you'll help implement them. This is hands-on work on live business problems, not academic exercises.

What We're Looking For

• Comfort with spreadsheets and basic data analysis tools
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot patterns in datasets
• Clear written communication skills, especially explaining technical insights to non-analysts
• Interest in marketing, growth analytics, startups, recruiting, or AI products
• Organizational skills and comfort managing multiple concurrent projects
• Self-directed work style and comfort in a remote startup environment
