About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential B2B SaaS organization that is building cutting-edge AI agent technology for customer operations. Our client has recently launched an innovative internal operations agent that helps businesses optimize their customer experience through intelligent automation, insights, and recommendations. This is a highly strategic Senior Product Marketing Manager role focused on taking this groundbreaking product to market and establishing it as the category leader.

This position is based in London with a hybrid working arrangement (at least three days per week in office). You'll own end-to-end product marketing for a transformative AI product, working across product, marketing, GTM, and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own the external narrative for a new AI operations agent product, shaping the category positioning for the industry
  • Define and refine the ideal customer profile and target audience, identifying key pain points and decision drivers
  • Own core messaging and drive cross-functional alignment across all channels including website, sales materials, and customer communications
  • Lead product launches and go-to-market initiatives, delivering high-impact messaging that drives awareness and pipeline
  • Create sales enablement materials including discovery frameworks, objection handling, competitive positioning, and call decks
  • Develop high-quality PMM assets directly: web pages, narratives, demos, scripts, and launch materials
  • Maintain deep customer engagement through research, interviews, and analysis to inform messaging strategy
  • Partner closely with GTM teams to ensure messaging resonates with target buyers
  • Build messaging architectures and frameworks that others across the organization can leverage

What We're Looking For

Experience and Background:

  • 5+ years in product marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS environments
  • Proven track record of marketing genuinely new products or capabilities with no direct market comparison
  • Experience owning a product area end-to-end from positioning through to launches and field enablement
  • Strong technical depth and comfort with automation, workflows, analytics, and AI agent behavior
  • Experience with usage-based or consumption pricing models is a plus
  • Track record working in fast-paced environments where products ship rapidly

Communication and Thinking:

  • Exceptional written communication skills with ability to craft crisp briefs, sharp narratives, and clear synthesis documents
  • Strong editorial judgment and ability to distinguish meaningful positioning from vague marketing language
  • Push for specificity and precision in messaging across all stakeholders
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling customer-facing narratives

Product and Technical Engagement:

  • Genuinely product-obsessed with habit of reading documentation and using products deeply before crafting messages
  • Active curiosity about AI technology beyond marketing talking points
  • Fluency with AI tools in daily work and continuous experimentation mindset
  • Comfort with technical depth and mechanics of how products actually function

Working Style:

  • Operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, taking ideas all the way to finished assets
  • Strong independent judgment for high-stakes initiatives
  • Systems thinking approach to building reusable messaging frameworks
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to build trust quickly
  • Ambitious and competitive with drive to build market-leading narratives
  • Confident and decisive, optimizing for progress over consensus
  • Impatient with inefficiency and motivated by building something new
