Account Executive Enterprise

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential SaaS client seeking an Account Executive Enterprise to drive new business growth across NEMEA and US markets.

In this role, you will:

• Qualify and convert inbound marketing leads from mid-market and enterprise prospects into closed contracts
• Execute outbound sales strategies focused on the Enterprise segment, with emphasis on Finance, Healthcare, and Technology industries
• Develop and manage pipeline to deliver repeatable and predictable bookings against annual quota
• Engage prospects across NEMEA (Nordics & UK) and US markets using multiple channels including social media, web-based tools, and outbound calling
• Maintain CRM hygiene and leverage the full sales technology stack effectively
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, product, and finance teams
• Provide client feedback to inform product roadmap priorities

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of proven success selling SaaS or software license agreements into Enterprise and Large accounts in France and internationally
• Demonstrated track record of closing 6-7 figure deals and consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
• Experience selling video communication platforms is ideal, but strong SaaS sales background is more important
• Outbound mindset with a drive to identify new prospects, contacts, and decision makers
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English
• Experience working effectively with remote teams and clients to close joint business
• Strong work ethic, disciplined, and resourceful approach to sales
• Native speaker proficiency for NEMEA or US markets preferred; previous sales experience in these regions is a significant plus
• Expertise in Finance or Healthcare industries is a plus
• Based in Paris preferred for client meetings and events, though remote work across France is permitted
