About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential blockchain infrastructure organization seeking a Core Developer focused on node systems. This is a remote position working on foundational distributed systems that power decentralized networks.

You'll be joining a team that builds open-source infrastructure enabling secure, trustless communication and value transfer. The engineering group you'll work with focuses on ecosystem growth through tooling, integrations, and technical partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement core node infrastructure that powers distributed network operations
• Build and maintain software responsible for network communication, block production, and synchronization
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams on foundational infrastructure for decentralized applications
• Develop networking, syncing, and tooling solutions that ensure network performance and reliability
• Contribute to open-source codebases with direct ecosystem impact

What We're Looking For

• Ability to work autonomously and solve complex technical problems independently
• Strong collaboration skills within open-source development culture
• Experience both conducting and receiving peer code reviews constructively
• Solid understanding of system design and experience working with complex distributed systems
• Ownership mentality with accountability for outcomes
• Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Comfort presenting work through written documentation, blog posts, or conference talks
