About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential national service provider in the commercial equipment maintenance industry. Our client is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their growing team in Georgia. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in B2B sales with a stable, established organization.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead qualification
- Respond to inbound inquiries and convert them into service agreements
- Build and maintain relationships with commercial clients in foodservice and facilities management
- Present service solutions and value propositions to decision-makers
- Collaborate with field service teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and track sales pipeline metrics
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
What We're Looking For
- Proven inside sales or business development experience, preferably in B2B services
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to understand technical service offerings and explain value to clients
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting sales goals
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in facilities services, equipment maintenance, or commercial sales is a plus
