About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential technology services organization seeking a bilingual Technical Support Consultant to join their team remotely from Italy. Our client operates globally, delivering technical and customer support solutions across multiple languages and industries. This is a fully remote position with a fixed schedule and compensation in USD.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat in both French and English
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through step-by-step resolution processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer inquiries efficiently
- Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate specialized teams when necessary
- Document all customer interactions and cases in CRM systems
- Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and procedures
- Maintain current product knowledge and stay informed about platform updates
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in both English and French (C1 level or higher, spoken and written)
- At least 1 year of customer support experience, preferably in technical support roles
- Experience working in fast-paced support environments
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic technical concepts including APIs, operating systems, and SaaS tools
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers clearly
- Personal computer with at least 8GB RAM and stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload)
