Project Manager, Lifecycle & CRM

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential technology client with operations across Latin America. We are seeking a Project Manager, Lifecycle & CRM to coordinate fast-moving marketing campaigns and ensure seamless execution across internal teams and external partners. This is a fully remote position open exclusively to professionals based in Latin America.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution and proactively clear roadblocks by engaging team members early, identifying missing assets or dependencies, and resolving issues before deadlines slip
• Maintain and update project tracking boards, campaign schedules, and backlogs in real time to ensure accuracy and visibility
• Facilitate daily standups and project check-ins with internal teams and external agencies, capturing clear action items and following up until completion
• Coordinate quality assurance workflows to keep campaign assets moving through review on schedule
• Ensure customer care teams remain aligned on upcoming high-volume communications and campaign timelines
• Track dependencies and align cross-functional stakeholders including CRM managers, QA teams, and customer care with agency partners

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator managing fast-moving, multi-stakeholder initiatives
• Fluent and fully proficient in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) for daily coordination and documentation
• Proactive "unblocker" mindset: willing to jump into details, follow up relentlessly, and drive accountability across teams without hesitation
• Solid working knowledge of project tracking tools (such as Monday, Asana, or similar), Slack, and collaborative documentation platforms (Google Workspace or Confluence)
• Proven track record running standups, tracking dependencies, and coordinating across internal channel leads and external agencies
• Familiarity with CRM channels and digital marketing assets (email, push notifications, messaging platforms, in-app messages) to understand timelines and deliverables
• Strong communication skills with zero hesitation about speaking up, escalating issues, and ensuring peers hit their deadlines
