Customer Service Agent: Arabic speaker (Morning Shift)

About the Opportunity

We are representing a confidential live entertainment technology organization seeking a Customer Service Agent with native Arabic language skills for their morning shift operations in Spain. This is a remote position with a schedule of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, five days per week.

Our talent team is working directly with this innovative platform that connects millions of users with cultural experiences. As their Customer Service Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for Arabic-speaking customers, resolving inquiries and ensuring exceptional support across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer service inquiries via email, phone, chat, and social media channels
• Manage incoming calls and live chat requests efficiently
• Provide accurate, complete information using appropriate tools and methods
• Resolve customer complaints with appropriate solutions within established timeframes
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and file documentation properly
• Follow all communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies
• Go the extra mile to create positive customer experiences
• Support operational department tasks during periods of lower incident volume

What We're Looking For

• High proficiency in Arabic (both oral and written communication) is required
• Fluency in Spanish or English in addition to Arabic
• Previous experience in user support or customer service roles
• Experience with Zendesk or similar customer service platforms is preferred
• Strong planning, organizing, and prioritization skills with ability to multitask
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Solution-oriented mindset with a reliable, professional approach
• Exceptional attention to detail and time-management capabilities
• Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Team player mentality with willingness to learn and stay humble
• Must currently reside in Spain
