About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential product consulting organization seeking a Lead Product Manager & Coach to join their Paris-based team. In this dual-impact role, you'll be embedded with major enterprise clients, delivering high-impact products while coaching their teams to sustain excellence long after your engagement ends. You'll navigate between hands-on product execution and enablement, often within organizations undergoing transformation, and leverage AI to amplify your effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-impact products from strategy through deployment, including discovery and delivery phases
• Assess product maturity of client teams and propose concrete action plans to improve organization and processes
• Frame and launch new products, or challenge and advance existing product initiatives
• Coach product teams to increase maturity by embedding sustainable best practices
• Deploy long-term vision and coordinate concrete roadmap execution
• Utilize AI to accelerate work and enhance deliverable quality across all outputs
• Ensure go-to-market success including strategy, deployment, adoption measurement, and iteration
• Interpret product performance KPIs and derive real user impact insights
• Collaborate with product designers on user experience for web and mobile, including user testing frameworks
• Depending on seniority and interest: manage teams, contribute to business development, represent thought leadership externally, or deliver training

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 6 years of Product Management experience with proven discovery and delivery practice, particularly within enterprise organizations
• Strategic capability: define product strategy and vision, and defend them to executive committees and operational teams alike
• Discovery expertise: structure discovery processes, master prioritization techniques (RICE, MoSCoW, Kano), and select appropriate methods for context
• Roadmap and planning skills with user-centric, problem-oriented, outcomes-focused approach
• Delivery leadership including agile ritual facilitation
• KPI interpretation skills to measure real user impact
• Coaching ability with adaptability to individual needs and personalities for lasting skill development
• AI proficiency to accelerate (not replace) your work
• Excellent communication: make work visible and understandable with synthesis, clarity, and active listening
• Assertiveness: defend convictions, engage resistant stakeholders, and navigate complex organizational dynamics
• Curiosity: continuous learning in product management and AI
• Humility: self-questioning, learning from mistakes, rapid improvement
• Pragmatism: adapt to different contexts and advance what matters
• Fluent English for autonomous work in international contexts
