About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential digital consultancy operating across Paris and Europe. They're seeking an AI Product Operations / Product Manager Operations specialist to help their clients reimagine how product and technology teams work in the age of AI.

This isn't about theoretical AI transformation. You'll be embedded with client organizations, redesigning the entire Product Development Lifecycle—from discovery through delivery—by integrating AI agents, automation, and new collaborative workflows that drive measurable efficiency gains.

You'll work hands-on to audit processes, eliminate friction, build custom assistants and automation tools, and help teams adopt new ways of working that turn individual AI experiments into scalable organizational performance.

Responsibilities

• Audit discovery, delivery, and go-to-market processes to identify bottlenecks, low-value tasks, and opportunities for AI-enabled delegation
• Redesign workflows to be faster, simpler, and more robust by natively integrating AI into team operations
• Design hybrid human-agent teams, clarifying roles, responsibilities, control points, and success criteria
• Build custom skills, assistants, automations, or simple agents tailored to specific client contexts for immediate use
• Establish tools, standards, and rituals for smoother execution: documentation, reporting, coordination, knowledge sharing, quality control
• Contribute operationally to product building to demonstrate what new working methods make possible
• Train and guide product, design, tech, and business teams in adopting new practices and tools
• Measure impact of implemented changes and continuously adjust based on results
• Help clients avoid common pitfalls: high effort with low impact, POCs that don't scale, individual gains that never translate to system-level improvements

What We're Looking For

Required Experience:

• Minimum 6 years of experience with deep understanding of how product-tech teams actually function
• Background as a senior agile coach with development experience, Product Ops professional, or Product Manager with strong operational expertise
• Direct experience working within product teams, close to delivery and day-to-day reality
• Proven ability to analyze development value streams, identify bottlenecks, and transform friction into concrete solutions

Technical Capabilities:

• Active daily use of AI tools in your professional practice (code assistants, AI-powered editors, and similar tools)
• Experience leveraging copilots, assistants, automation tools, augmented documentation, and lightweight orchestration solutions
• Ability to build simple agents or assistants yourself, without needing to industrialize them at technical scale
• Comfortable moving from idea to tool to adoption

Professional Skills:

• Equally comfortable with operational teams and executive stakeholders
• Sufficient product culture to distinguish between speed and value
• Fluent English required
• Energetic, pragmatic, and impact-oriented approach
• Ability to drive change without empty evangelism
• Direct, useful, and credible partner posture
• Navigate effectively across technical, product, organizational, and business contexts
• Thrive in ambiguous situations and drive progress even when everything isn't fully defined

Success Indicators:

After several months with a client, you will have contributed to visible, measurable results including redesigned and simplified discovery/delivery workflows, prioritized and adopted AI use cases with proper tooling, multiple internal agents or assistants in production, measurably reduced time on low-value tasks, tangible improvements in execution speed and collective efficiency, and high satisfaction from supported teams.
