Our talent team is representing a confidential AI technology organization developing next-generation systems for robotics and embodied intelligence. We are seeking an AI Scientist to join their Robotics team in Paris, where you will work on mobile manipulation platforms that perceive, reason, and interact with physical environments.

This is a unique opportunity to bridge frontier AI research with real-world robotic applications, collaborating across research, engineering, and product teams to deliver production-grade solutions for intelligent robots.

Responsibilities

• Develop novel AI methods for mobile manipulation and embodied intelligence
• Build scalable infrastructure for training, evaluating, and analyzing AI models
• Deploy AI systems on physical robotic platforms in real-world environments
• Advance vision-language and robot learning capabilities
• Collaborate across research, engineering, and product teams to deliver impactful solutions
• Optimize AI models for reliable performance in robotics applications

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience building AI systems for robotics or developing large vision-language models
• Strong software engineering skills, preferably in Python
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch
• Ability to design scalable, production-ready AI software and infrastructure
• Experience with robotics domains such as manipulation, navigation, simulation, 3D perception, embodied reasoning, or vision-language-action models
• Familiarity with the end-to-end MLOps lifecycle, including training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, self-driven, and collaborative approach
• Track record of AI research, technical innovation, or scientific publications
