People & Workplace Operations Intern

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential food-tech company in Paris that is seeking a People & Workplace Operations Intern. This is a hands-on role where you'll support HR operations and office management in a fast-growing international technology environment. You'll gain practical experience in people operations while contributing to daily employee experience and workplace efficiency from day one.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll administration and prepare employee contracts and HR documentation
• Maintain accurate employee records and organize HR documentation in digital collaboration tools
• Coordinate day-to-day operations of the Paris office, including facilities, vendor relationships, and office supplies
• Welcome employees and visitors, and support office events and engagement initiatives
• Respond to employee requests and provide administrative support to the People team
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate HR and workplace processes

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Bac+2 or Bac+3 degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Fluent in both French and English
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Proactive, autonomous, and eager to learn
• People-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
• Previous internship or student job experience is a plus
