Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential software platform organization in their search for a Forward Deployed Consultant based in Paris. This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week onsite.

In this position, you will lead AI transformation and implementation engagements, designing and building tailored solutions for enterprise customers. You'll work both independently and as part of a delivery team, combining technical expertise with consulting skills to drive successful platform adoption and business process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI transformation and implementation engagements for customers, designing solutions using intelligent workflows, agents, and advanced platform capabilities
• Build strong client relationships by running discovery sessions to uncover business outcomes and ensure successful solution adoption across their organization
• Consult on business process design, mapping workflows and recommending process improvements before solution implementation
• Design sophisticated workflows and relational data structures to solve complex business cases, collaborating with technical resources on data conversions and integrations
• Leverage AI and Generative AI tools to accelerate solution design, automate business logic, and deliver intelligent workflows
• Act as project manager on standalone engagements, building project plans and ensuring deliverables stay on-time and on-budget
• Run online webinars, training sessions, consultations, and demos demonstrating how platform capabilities translate into business value
• Produce documentation, walkthroughs, and exit artifacts enabling customers to independently operate and maintain delivered solutions
• Represent customer needs and influence product development priorities
• Contribute reusable patterns and assets developed in the field back to shared libraries

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a forward deployed consultant, implementation consultant, solutions consultant, or technical project manager in enterprise software
• Experience leading software implementation or managed services projects requiring hands-on build and system configuration in project management, CRM, service desk, or collaborative work management platforms
• Fluency in Generative and Agentic AI tools with strong understanding of leveraging AI for work productivity and building intelligent workflows
• Familiarity with AI reliability in production environments, including human review, output validation, and knowing when deterministic automation is preferable
• Strong problem-solving skills rooted in computational thinking, systems design, and relational data structures
• Business process design and consulting experience with ability to frame engagements around customer outcomes
• Working knowledge of integration platforms (make.com, Zapier) with ability to configure lightweight integrations; foundational knowledge of APIs (GraphQL) and MCP a plus
• Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with ability to establish credibility with executives and articulate technical topics to non-technical audiences
• Ability to rapidly learn new concepts, business models, and technologies across changing customers and industries
• Detail-oriented with strong project management skills, comfortable managing multiple engagements simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with positive attitude, empathy, high energy, and initiative
• BA or BS degree preferred
