We are representing a confidential fintech client seeking a Senior Sales Manager to join their Commercial Payments team in Paris. Our client powers digital payment experiences for some of the world's most recognized brands, processing billions of transactions annually across global markets. This is an exceptional opportunity for a payments professional who thrives in high-growth environments and wants to make a significant impact in the fintech space.

As Senior Sales Manager, you will drive revenue growth by selling a comprehensive payments technology stack to middle market and large enterprise organizations. You'll work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams to position cutting-edge payment solutions effectively with prospects.

Responsibilities

• Act as a consultative payments strategist, advising companies on optimal payment structures and solutions
• Identify, qualify, and close promising prospects and partners to build a healthy pipeline across various verticals
• Develop prospect engagement strategies and partner with marketing, business development, and product teams to generate qualified leads through cold and warm channels
• Pitch next-generation payment solutions and value-added services to C-suite stakeholders
• Prepare high-quality presentations and proposals for prospective merchants and implement winning negotiation strategies
• Orchestrate the entire sales process, drive urgency, work to mutual action plans, and serve as the main point of contact for merchants and internal stakeholders
• Maintain and nurture key accounts with deep understanding of their industry, pain points, and needs
• Share best practices, key business insights, and industry trends with the broader sales team
• Provide feedback on local market trends, competitor insights, customer needs, and product opportunities

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally in the payments industry
• Proven track record of high performance and self-sourcing leads in competitive environments
• Strong network of potential prospects and partners within the payments landscape
• Demonstrated ability to sell direct payment solutions to enterprise companies
• Highly motivated and committed to growth and development with excellent communication skills
• Tech-savvy with a passion for fintech and payments innovation
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to effectively negotiate complex structures
• Fluent in English and French
• Experience handling detailed product capability discussions and becoming an expert on technical solutions

Pay

Compensation details will be discussed during the screening process and will include a competitive base salary plus an uncapped recurring commissions plan.
