This is a high-impact role where you'll partner with design, engineering, data science, and go-to-market teams to build intuitive experiences for enterprise users. You'll manage integrations with external data providers and translate complex business challenges into scalable, data-driven solutions.
Responsibilities

- Translate ideas into execution through clear requirements, working with design and engineering to deliver impactful, high-quality solutions
- Serve as a market expert by monitoring competitive landscape, tracking trends in AI and analytics, and translating them into product strategy
- Manage data partnerships and integrations, overseeing connections with third-party data providers and APIs, ensuring consistent and reliable data access
- Evaluate vendor performance, react quickly to API or data schema changes, and balance product impact against integration costs
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Leadership to position the product for success across the customer lifecycle
- Define success metrics, analyze outcomes, and refine based on learnings to ensure continuous improvement and customer value

- Global mindset – comfortable collaborating with colleagues and customers across time zones and cultures
- Agile mindset – experienced in iterative releases and data-driven optimization
- Technical fluency and AI awareness – able to discuss architecture with engineers, understand distributed systems, and spot opportunities to apply AI/ML advances
- Fluent, persuasive communicator – confident writing, presenting, and negotiating in English while actively listening and selling product value
- Proactive problem-solver – spots issues, rallies the right people, and delivers solutions without waiting for direction
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience managing products that rely on external or third-party data sources, comfortable analyzing ROI and negotiating data costs
- Experience with analytics, data visualization, or insight-generation tools
- Background in social media, audience research, or digital strategy
