RGM Director

Responsibilities

We are representing a fast-growing global consumer products organization in their search for an RGM Director to help launch and build their EMEA Revenue Growth Management function from the ground up. This is a hands-on, high-impact role based in Paris, working alongside a team of six with a focus on Germany and France.

You will drive commercial P&L and ROI optimization by:

• Analyzing promotional investment ROI by event, retailer, and product to identify opportunities for reallocation
• Building and maintaining margin-by-mix models to drive bottom-line P&L KPIs including sales out, market share, sell-in, and gross profit
• Quantifying investment trade-offs aligned with core category strategy
• Shifting investment allocation to maximize ROI across product, retailer, and regional mix
• Driving an ROI mindset through the promotional calendar and investment guidelines
• Accelerating commercial decision-making with data and AI tools

You will lead stakeholder management efforts to:

• Build trust and alignment across Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and Demand Planning
• Partner with country Managing Directors to deliver ROI and gross margin improvements without compromising sales and share goals
• Establish and embed pricing guardrails and promotional investment boundaries

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in the consumer products industry
• Deep fluency in P&L management from top to bottom, including sales and share, promotional investment, retailer terms, gross margin, and mix
• A proven track record of delivering culture change through high-energy, impact-focused work
• Fluent English required; German or French language skills are a strong plus
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort using AI tools to accelerate analysis and decision-making
• Willingness to work approximately three days per week in the office (Tuesday to Thursday), with flexibility on other days
• Preference for candidates based in Frankfurt or Paris; UK-based candidates will be considered but should expect monthly travel to Frankfurt and Paris
