About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare organization in Hamburg seeking a Working Student in Business Operations (m/f/d) for 20 hours per week. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience while supporting our client's VP of Services & Operations with organizational, administrative, and operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation and creation of client briefings and presentations
• Assist with drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts and documentation
• Handle organizational and administrative tasks in day-to-day operations
• Maintain and update data, documents, and internal systems
• Coordinate internal and external appointments
• Prepare and follow up on meetings, including documentation of results
• Collaborate closely with various departments and stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Sales, (Health) Management, Health Sciences, or a comparable field
• Structured, reliable, and independent working style
• Strong organizational skills and service-oriented mindset
• Very good MS Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• Enthusiasm for coordinating diverse topics and taking responsibility
• Very good German language skills and good English skills, both written and spoken
• Available for 20 hours per week
